To help us deliver the best output & improve your experience at ProPak India we would like to know a few more details about you, your role and company. The information is used purely for analytical and matchmaking purposes.

  1. Students from relevant industry with valid institute ID cards (only 18 years and above) will be granted access from 12 PM, on 3rd day of the show – 27th September 2024.
  2. Admission rights reserved with organizer’s.
  3. Shorts, baniyan & slippers are not allowed in the exhibition hall.
  4. Not to spit anywhere while you are inside the exhibition venue, failing which a fine of INR_1,000/- will be payable, including other disciplinary action at the Organizers sole discretion.
  5. Follow Informa’s AllSecure Guidelines (available at and such other guidelines as may be made available by the Organizers from time to time.
  6. Carry their E-badge (received through email or SMS) and present the same for scanning purpose while entering the Exhibition.
  7. No entry in the Exhibition will be granted in the absence of valid E-badge.
  8. Mandatorily carry with them any one (01) of the Government issued photo identity card such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport etc. ("Identity Card”). Passport is to be mandatorily provided by the foreign nationals. The mentioned Identity Card is to be presented at the request of the Organizers or by any of its assigned staff.


  1. Individuals above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities and pregnant women’s are recommended not to visit the Exhibition.
  2. Individuals below 18 years of age and infants in arms are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls.
  3. Kindly make a note that Entry within the Exhibition halls or Conference Program, is allowed / permitted only at the given time slots in the E-Badge. You are hereby requested to kindly adhere to the entry and exit time slot provided in your E-badge. As Organizers of the exhibition, we hereby request your full co-operation in this to avoid any discomfort to you.
  4. The rights for admission in the Exhibition, are reserved with the Organizers.
  5. Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
  6. No Food & Beverages are allowed inside the exhibition halls.
  7. Without prior written permission of the Organizers, photography & videography inside the Exhibition venue is strictly prohibited.
  8. The Organizers does not takes any responsibility of your personal belongings. Kindly be vigilant about your personal belongings while visiting the Exhibition. Any theft / loss of the same will not be entertained by the Organizers under any circumstances.
  9. Please comply with all COVID-19 related guidelines, issued by the Central & State Government authorities, from time to time.
  10. The event is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
